Thank you for shopping with TableLace. We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping to our customers.

This Shipping Policy explains our general order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery practices.

1. Free Worldwide Shipping

TableLace provides free standard shipping worldwide on eligible orders placed through tablelace.shop.

There is no standard shipping charge added to qualifying orders.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timeframe is:

7–10 days

Delivery time is generally calculated from the time an order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that this is an estimated timeframe rather than an absolute guaranteed delivery date.

3. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it may require processing before shipment.

During processing, we may:

  • Verify payment
  • Confirm order information
  • Prepare the product for shipment
  • Assign shipping information
  • Transfer the parcel to the shipping provider

Customers will receive available shipping or tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

4. International Shipping

We offer shipping to customers worldwide.

International delivery may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, local postal services, transportation restrictions, regional holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where applicable, customs authorities in the destination country may impose duties, taxes, or import-related charges. Such charges are separate from the shipping fee unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout.

5. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers may receive a shipment confirmation containing tracking details.

Tracking information may require some time to become active after the carrier first receives the shipment.

Although most orders should arrive within the estimated delivery period, delays may occasionally occur.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to make the requested change if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered shipment, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

8. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package may have been lost, please contact our customer service team.

We will review the available tracking information and may contact the applicable shipping carrier before determining an appropriate solution.

9. Packages Marked Delivered

If your tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around the delivery location
  • Asking household members
  • Checking with neighbours where appropriate
  • Checking with the building reception or mailroom
  • Contacting the local carrier

If you still cannot locate the shipment, contact our customer support team and we will assist where reasonably possible.

10. Multiple Shipments

Some orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately.

If this occurs, you may receive more than one parcel or tracking number. You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees because we provide free worldwide shipping.

11. Return Shipping

Eligible returns requested within our 30-day return period are free, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
